Process Overview

I collaborated with stakeholders on a federal acquisitions content platform to improve clarity, accessibility, and engagement. To align goals and assess existing content structures, I conducted SME interviews and a competitive analysis of leading media platforms. The findings informed redesigned blog layouts, tagging systems, and related content features, creating a more consistent and discoverable experience that reduced confusion and increased engagement.
