Designing Education Access: Creating a platform to support motivation, learning, and rehabilitation.

I collaborated with teammates and subject matter experts to clarify goals and constraints, then relied on desk research and expert interviews to guide our direction. By studying popular platforms and testing with proxy users, we identified core needs around clarity, motivation, and accessibility. These insights shaped personas, product flows, and iterative prototypes, culminating in a high-fidelity course experience design.
